MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
WILLIAM A. HILL, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the court for confirmation is the Debtors’ First Modified Chapter 12 Plan Of Reorganization filed August 10,1987. The confirmation hearing was held on August 17, 1987.
As presently constituted the plan proposes to fully pay in deferred cash payments, all impaired secured claims including those of the Federal Land Bank (FLB) and the First National Bank of Devils Lake without regard to the value of such creditors’ interest in the collateral securing such claim.
