MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
WILLIAM A. HILL, Bankruptcy Judge.
The matter before the court is confirmation of the Debtors’ second modified Chapter 12 plan filed August 9, 1996. AgriBank, FCB, (AgriBank), the Debtors’ principal secured creditor, filed objections to the plan and additionally has filed a motion to dismiss the case on grounds that there is no reasonable prospect for reorganization. The motion for dismissal came on for hearing in conjunction with the confirmation hearing— both held on September 10, 1996, and both are addressed in this order.
