MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
WILLIAM A. HILL, Bankruptcy Judge.
The matter before the Court is to consider confirmation of the Debtors’ Third Modified Chapter 12 Plan filed August 28, 2000. The only unresolved objections are those raised by RDO Financial Services (“RDO”) and Ag Capital Company (“Ag Capital”), both of whom have previously been granted relief from stay but who now, as unsecured creditors, not only challenge confirmation but also, by separate motion, seek dismissal of the case.
