Connecticut law requires all personal automobile insurance policies to include coverage for injuries caused by uninsured or underinsured motorists.1 General Statutes § 38a-334 et seq. An insurer may, however, limit such coverage, in accordance with applicable regulations, if the policy states any such limitation expressly and unambiguously. Streitweiser v.
