In this case, the proceedings take us to an intersection of insurance and workers’ compensation law. Specifically, we must decide whether an injured employee’s recovery under the underinsured motorist provision of her employer’s automobile policy is reduced in whole or in part by workers’ compensation benefits she received for injuries arising out of the same accident.
