On October 21, 1985, the plaintiffs in the above-captioned cases filed a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. Then on April 24, 1986, the defendant filed a response to Plaintiffs’ Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, as well as a Cross-Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. On November 3, 1986, the plaintiffs responded to the Defendant’s Cross-Motion for Partial Summary Judgment.
