The proceeding is for the condemnation of land in Madison County, Illinois, under the War Purposes Act of 1917. The question for review is whether orders entered in the course of the proceedings are appealable as “final decisions” within the meaning of § 128 of the Judicial Code, as amended, 28 U. S. C. § 225 (a).
