Plaintiffs and respondents P. L. Burns and wife brought this action against defendants and appellants Donald L. Grable, individually and as administrator of the estate of Sidney L. Beach, deceased, and G. W. Grable and Louise Grable, husband and wife, individually and as trustees of the Sidney L.
