The Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland, acting through Bar Counsel and pursuant to Maryland Rule 16-751(a), 1 filed a Petition For Disciplinary or Remedial Action against Respondent Barbara Osborn Kreamer on June 22, 2006. 2 The Petition alleged that Respondent violated multiple provisions of the Maryland Rules of Professional Conduct in her representation of six former clients: Patricia Goodwin, Courtney Anderson, David Ferrara, Gregory Dudok, Michael Boone, and Sarah Caldarelli.
