It is an appeal by defendant, on leave granted, from an order of the circuit court granting plaintiff’s motion for ■discovery and for a temporary injunction restraining defendant from continuing the course of conduct, hereinafter considered, charged against it in plaintiff’s bill of complaint and denying defendant’s motion to dismiss in part said bill filed in 1950 under the provisions of CL 1948, § 692.251 et seq.
