Two partners, after conducting a highly successful business enterprise for more than 25 years, fell into disagreement, and, together with tAVO other persons who had been admitted into the firm, entered into a written agreement to dissolve the partnership. Since that time they have been engaged in litigation, one phase of which is the proceeding in equity that has given rise to the present appeal.

The original partners were Frank L. O’Brien and Clarence J. O’Brien; they did business under the name of The O’Brien Machinery Company; two sons of Frank L. O’Brien…
