This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment for the appellee herein, Leonora M. Collier, wherein she was awarded the right to participate in the workmen’s compensation fund by reason of the death of her husband, John C. Collier, who was an employee of appellant, The B. F. Goodrich Company, herein called Company, a self-insurer under the terms of the Workmen’s Compensation Act.
