MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

LUNGSTRUM, District Judge.

Plaintiff Leonard Holdren filed suit against defendants General Motors Corporation and Kenny White alleging violations of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and various common law claims arising out of his employment with defendant General Motors Corporation (GM). This matter is presently before the court on defendants’ motion for a protective order (doc. # 38).
