ENSLEN, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s objections to the Magistrate’s order denying its motion for entry of a protective order. Eleven Plaintiffs jointly filed this action against Eaton Corporation alleging various claims including breach of an implied employment contract, see Toussaint v. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan, 408 Mich. 579, 292 N.W.2d 880 *313(1980), and age discrimination.
