Best Manufacturing, Inc. (“Best”), a judgment creditor of one of the related debtors, Daniele Linen Supply, Inc. (“Dan-iele Linen”) in the amount of $67,579.63, brought a state court action against the debtor to set aside certain transfers made by Daniele Linen as voidable under the Uniform Fraudulent Conveyances Act and the New York Bulk Sales Act.
