The petitioner, Best Manufacturing, Inc. (“Best”), a judgment creditor, seeks to have remanded its state court action, which charges that the debtor, Daniele Linen Supply, Inc., made certain fraudulent transfers of its assets to the nondebtor respondents in violation of the New York Bulk Transfers Law, N.Y.U.C.C. §§ 6-101 to 112 (McKinney 1964 & Supp.1982-1983).
