Thomas W. Caulfield (“Caulfield” or “Debtor”) filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 7 on June 18, 1993. Barristers Abstract Corporation (“Barristers”) timely filed the above-captioned adversary proceeding seeking a judgment barring the Debtor’s discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 727(a)(3) and (a)(5) and excepting the debt owed to it from discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2)(A), (a)(2)(B) and (a)(4).
