This cause came to be heard on plaintiffs (Pamela J. Kimble) complaint filed against defendant (Universal TV Rental, Inc.) which, in essence, alleges that on or about July 31,1979, the defendant invaded her privacy by forcibly entering her home and unlawfully taking a television set which was the subject of a rental agreement with option to purchase. Plaintiff further alleges that due to the willful and wanton misconduct of the defendant she suffered great distress and insecurity in her dwelling thereby causing her compensatory damages in the amount of $700.
