This .suit was brought by the Fidelity & Casualty Company of New York, sometimes referred to herein ' as Insurance Carrier, against George Dewey Yeary, seeking to recover compensation benefits alleged to have been paid to' Florencio Hinojosa, an employee of H. H. Null, Inc., who sustained personal injuries on or about December 20, 1952 while in the course of his employment for said employer.
