THE COURT.

This is a proceeding to review a recommendation of the State Bar Disciplinary Board that petitioner be disbarred from the practice of law in California.

Petitioner was admitted to practice law in 1959. He was employed in the office of the Los Angeles District Attorney from 1959 to 1960. In 1961 he entered private practice, and in 1962 opened his own law office in Redondo Beach.
