MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

RICHARD J. HOLWELL, District Judge:

This is a price discrimination action brought under the Robinson-Patman Act, 49 Stat. 1526, 15 U.S.C. § 13 (2006) (“Robinson-Patman” or the “Act”). Plaintiffs are solely owned auto parts stores (the colloquial “mom and pop” shops, called “jobbers” in the industry); warehouses that act as middle-men between such stores and the manufacturers of the parts they sell; and Coalition for a Level Playing Field, L.L.C., a trade association apparently formed by plaintiffs’ counsel to conduct this litigation. 1 Defendants are parts…
