Plaintiffs ITT Corporation (“ITT Corp.”), ITT Sheraton Corporation (“Sheraton”) and Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc. (“Starwood”) appeal the District Court’s dismissal of their Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act (“RICO”) action against various Intel-net entities 1 for failure to comply with the applicable statute of limitations.
