AND NOW, this 30th day of January, 2006, upon consideration of (a) the adversary complaint filed by Gary L. Smith, the Chapter 7 Trustee in the above-captioned bankruptcy case (hereafter “the Trustee”), wherein the Trustee seeks to avoid as fraudulent several pre-petition transfers of property effected by Elizabeth J.
