The National Labor Relations Board (hereinafter Board), pursuant to Section 10(e), 29 U.S.C. § 160(e), of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended (29 U.S.C. § 151 et seq.) (hereinafter the Act), petitions for the enforcement of its order issued against Ramona’s Mexican Food Products, Inc. (hereinafter the Company) on May 17, 1973.
