This case is before the Court upon a petition filed by The Mead Corporation (hereinafter ‘Company’) pursuant to Section 10(f) of the National Labor Relations Act (hereinafter ‘Act’) and Rule 15 of the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure to set aside the decision of the National Labor Relations Board (hereinafter ‘NLRB’ or ‘Board’). The NLRB has filed a cross-application for enforcement of its order pursuant to Section 10(e) of the Act.
