This is a suit to foreclose a contract of sale and purchase of real property. F. E. Speidel, together with J. F. Shea, originally built the building at the corner of Union avenue and Portland boulevard. Each owned an undivided one-half interest in the property. In 1923, Speidel contracted to sell his one-half interest to T. F. Bradshaw and R. A. Steinegger. Walnut Park Garage, Inc., is an Oregon corporation organized by Mr. Bradshaw and Mr. Steinegger in 1923 to take over the Walnut Park Garage.
