Plaintiff requests $83,750 in attorneys’ fees pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (“EAJA”), 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d) (docket entry 115, July 14, 2010) (“Pl.’s Mot.”). Plaintiff also filed a bill of costs seeking $1,793.36 for costs incident to the taking of four depositions (docket entry 114, July 14, 2010). See 28 U.S.C. § 2412(a); 28 U.S.C. § 1920.
