In this lawyer disciplinary proceeding, the Oregon State Bar (Bar) charged Michael L. McDonough (the accused) with violating Code of Professional Responsibility Disciplinary Rule (DR) 1-102(A)(2) (committing criminal act that reflects adversely upon lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness to practice law) and with being subject to discipline under ORS 9.527(1) (conduct justifying denial of admission to Bar).
