This is an action brought by the Central Pacific Railway Company to condemn a parcel of land in the city of Oaldand. A trial was had before a jury, which found a verdict in favor of the plaintiff, condemning the land and fixing its value at the sum of four thousand dollars. Findings were filed and a judgment entered accordingly. The plaintiff paid into court the amount of the verdict with costs, and the court made and entered a final order of condemnation.
