The plaintiffs Jonathan M. Keller and a group of business entities1 (collectively, the Keller group) appeal from the judgment of the trial court granting the motion of the defendant, Roz-Lynn Beckenstein, in her capacity as executrix of the estate of Robert J. Beckenstein, to dismiss the Keller group’s complaint sounding in vexatious litigation as unripe for adjudication.
