CIRILLO, Judge:
This is an appeal by six young people from convictions for disorderly conduct. We reverse.
The charges arose in the course of two days of confrontation in Hanover between an interracial group of young people and a white crowd. A summer of tension culminated in two nights of shouted threats and epithets, and bottle and rock throwing. On the second night of the confrontation, a group of the young people was gathered on the roof of a building.
