TAMILIA, Judge:

Appellant, Mario Lamar Hatchin a/k/a Mario Wall, challenges the judgment of sentence of eight (8) to thirty (30) years’ imprisonment entered on July 31,1996, after a jury convicted appellant of criminal homicide, 1 criminal attempt (homicide), 2 criminal conspiracy 3 and aggravated assault. 4 Appellant claims the trial court lacked subject matter jurisdiction over him because the charges of criminal attempt (homicide), criminal conspiracy and aggravated assault were not specified in the criminal information which was filed.
