This is an appeal from a judgment for defendants allowing their costs and disbursements notwithstanding the verdict of a jury in favor of the plaintiffs in the sum of $6,000, and further ordering the dismissal of plaintiffs’ complaint rendered by the Circuit Court of Union County in a vendees’ action for damages on account of fraud.
