Before the Court is the motion of defendants City of New York and Michael Codd (collectively “Defendants”), pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56(e) (“Rule 56(e)”), to strike certain portions of the affidavit of Robert J. Bloom, Esq. (“Bloom Affidavit”) submitted by Plaintiff Dhouruba Bin Wahad (“Plaintiff’) in opposition to Defendants’ motion for summary judgment.
