MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER

HOLSCHUH, District Judge.

This matter is currently before the Court on two pending motions: (1) Plaintiffs motion for authority to notify putative plaintiffs of the pendency of this action and their right to “opt-in”- pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 216(b); and (2) Defendant’s motion to strike portions of the affidavits of Samantha Harrison and Eric Hamilton, submitted in support of Plaintiffs motion.
