Pending before the Court is the motion of plaintiffs, Kelly Waggoner and Darbey Schultz, seeking conditional certification of a collective action under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 etseq. (Doc. No. 20 [“Mot.”]). U.S. Ban-corp and U.S. Bank National Association (collectively referred to as “defendant” or “U.S. Bank”), opposes the motion (Doc. 27 [“Opp’n”]), and plaintiffs have filed a reply (Doc.
