Plaintiff, Carol A. Jacklyn, appeals from entry of summary judgment in favor of her former employer, Schering-Plough Healthcare Products Sales Corporation (Schering-Plough), with respect to her claims of sex discrimination and retaliation brought pursuant to Michigan’s Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, Mich. Comp. Laws Ann. §§ 37.2202(l)(a) and 37.2701(a). 1 Plaintiff argues that the dis trict court erred in finding certain statements were inadmissible and, consequently, that she had not shown direct evidence of sex discrimination.
