By this motion the Securities and Exchange Commission seeks a preliminary injunction pursuant to Rule 65 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S. C.A. to restrain defendant from future violations of § 15(c) (3) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (15 U.S.C.A. § 78o (c) (3) and of Rule 240.15 c 3-1 (17 C.F.R. § 240.15 c 3-1) of the Securities and Exchange Commission (hereinafter referred to as S.E.C.).
