OPINION
TURK, Chief Judge.
The petitioner, the Regional Director of the National Labor Relations Board, has moved under section 10(j) of the Labor-Management Relations Act (“the Act”) for an injunction ordering the A.G. Boone Company to reopen its Montvale, Virginia trucking terminal pending the final disposition of unfair labor practice complaints against Boone that are currently before an Administrative Law Judge (“AU”) of the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB or “The Board”).
