¶1 — This case presents the question of whether an offer to settle “all claims” for $2,180.00, “[pursuant to RCW 4.84.250-[.]280,” included the plaintiff’s claim for attorney fees. Clerk’s Papers (CP) at 37. The Court of Appeals determined that the defendants’ settlement offer, which was accepted by the plaintiff, did not include attorney fees. It, therefore, affirmed the superior court’s entry of judgment for the plaintiff in the amount of $2,180.00, together with an attorney fee award of $6,269.40. McGuire v. Bates, 147 Wn.
