MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL

WILLIAMS, Judge.

In this action, Central Transport International, Inc. (Central) claims that the Govern*337ment breached contracts for transportation services by failing to pay Central $107,110.44 in charges. This matter comes before the Court on Defendant’s motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Because there is no privity of contract between Plaintiff and the Government, and such privity is a jurisdictional prerequisite for a contract claim, this Court lacks subject matter jurisdiction over this action.
