In this successive injury case, the Workers’ Compensation Commission awarded compensation for total incapacity at a rate less than two thirds of the employee’s average weekly wage at the time of his second and final injury. From the judgment entered on the pro forma decree of the Superior Court, Cumberland County, affirming the Commission’s decision, Buddy Johnson, the employee, appeals. The employer, S. D.
