This is an action brought by Julia A. Lay, personally and by her son and next friend, W. P. Lay, as plaintiffs, against the Oklahoma Natural Gas Corporation for a rescission of contract of purchase of 20 shares of preferred stock in defendant company of the par value of $100 each, on the ground that Julia A.
