This action was commenced in the county court of Pittsburg county, Okla., by Walton Carney, by his next friend and wife, Mary Pickens Carney, and Mary Pickens Carney, plaintiffs in error, plaintiffs below, against H. R. Brown, defendant in error, defendant below, to remove H. R. Brown as guardian of Walton Carney, an incompetent.
