Plaintiffs Gary and Bonita Forst (“the Forsts”) filed a products liability and personal injury action against Defendant SmithKline Beecham Corporation d/b/a GlaxoSmithKline (“GSK”) arising from Gary Forst’s attempted suicide after using the prescription antidepressant Paxil CR®, manufactured by the defendant. The Forsts allege claims for negligence, negligent pharmaco-vigilance, strict liability, express warranty, implied warranty, fraud, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and loss of consortium.
