This is an appeal from orders denying defendant’s motions for a new trial and for judgment non obstante veredicto.

Plaintiff, Joel William Walenta (a minor below the age of seven years) and his mother, Marie Anne Buchanan, appellees, instituted an action in trespass against Joseph Belusko (appellant) and his sister, Sue Belusko (in whose favor an unappealed nonsuit was entered).
