Currently pending before the Court is the Motion for Class Certification of Plaintiffs Gene R. Romero, et al. (collectively “Plaintiffs”) and Plaintiffs’ accompanying Motion to Strike the Declaration of Martin H. Redish submitted by Defendants Allstate Insurance Company et al. (collectively “Allstate”). For the following reasons, the Motion to Strike is granted and the Motion for Class Certification is denied.
