May 6, 1939, plaintiffs in this action, Louis R. DeBritz and Ragna DeBritz, his wife, filed in the office of the clerk of the superior court for King county their complaint, naming A. R. Sylvia and Bernice Bailey Sylvia, his wife, and Harold Peterson and Jane Doe Peterson, his wife, as defendants.
