The defendant Pond View, LLC, 1 appeals from the judgment of the trial court sustaining the appeal of the plaintiffs, Jeffrey Zimnoch, Hannah Zim-noch, Elizabeth Murphy and Sally Lundy, from the decision of the named defendant, the planning and zoning commission of the town of Monroe (commission), approving the defendant’s application for a special exception permit.
