This is an action on a promissory note. The complaint which was filed August 3, 1919, is in the usual form, and alleges that on April 10, 1908, at Butte, Montana, the defendant made, executed and delivered to the plaintiff his promissory note for the sum of $130, payable ninety days after date, bearing interest at the rate of one per cent per month from date until paid, and providing, for reasonable attorney’s fees in ease of suit thereon; that demand had been made upon the defendant for payment, but “that no part of the same has…
